Allison founded the company, previously known as AK Film CO, in 2014. In 2025, she rebranded to Venison Co, having joined forces with her husband, Max, whose two decades of experience in Hollywood's film production and music industry brought new dimensions to the business. Together, their shared creativity and deep love for each other fuel a passion for crafting extraordinary work. The first film they created as Venison Co. was their very own wedding film, a testament to their shared vision and love story.

As a producer at Venison Co., Max brings a wealth of experience and creative vision to the team. His career began in Hollywood at just 19 years old when he signed a record deal, launching him into the music industry. Over time, his passion for storytelling evolved beyond music, leading him into the visual arts. Throughout his career, Max has produced television series, music videos, and high-level short films, collaborating with industry professionals in the UK, Indonesia and Hollywood to create compelling, visually striking work. His passion for nurturing cinematic storytelling that preserves and exalts emotional depth has made him a respected figure in both music and film production.
